Neways me taking da pain of clarifying myself...dont know why 'm bothering also...neways here you go-

wise:Marked by the exercise of good judgment or common sense in practical matters

Common sense says - you shdn't get drenched in rain, if you catch cold easily...but thn you miss out on da fun...!

'n as far as my math mem goes...ur stat dint fit into neone of those...prob u can educate poor me, into which category it belongs...:P

statement: if p then q
converse: if q then p
inverse: if not p then not q
contrapositive: if not q then not p

if wise then no fun
inverse: if moron then fun

all clear :P

n don't u think.. common sense is for commoners n wise people need to go beyond the boundaries of common sense.. afterall some of these wise things like quantum physics or fractal geometry hardly have anything to be done with plain common sense ;).

well thnx for tht math class...
but i said 'thr's no fun in being wise' not if wise thn no fun...for me both are very diff...coz 'm not da one for definites...thought 'always' was implicit in tht statement...

'n as da oft cited quote goes-
'common sense is not so common' :P

neways think 'intelligence' better describes what u r trying to say thn 'wise'...
guess we can go on arguing abt what wise means...but dont think its worth it...

well agreed thers something debatable about being wise or otherwise but how can you say

"thr's no fun in being wise' not if wise thn no fun...for me both are very diff.!!"

i still insist logically they mean the same.
